Role Purpose
To partner with the Head of Strategy and business / plant leadership in shaping and
executing strategic initiatives across the manufacturing and operations agenda. The
role is a high-impact, hands-on strategy seat combining classic problem-solving
rigour with shop-floor reality to drive measurable improvements in operating
efficiency, productivity, quality, wastage, NPD readiness, and continuous
improvement across the group’s FMCG manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities

• Measurable improvement in OEE, line efficiency, and yield across priority plants.
• Demonstrable reduction in wastage, rejections, and conversion cost.
• On-time, in-full NPD commercialisation across priority launches.
• A live, governed portfolio of Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma initiatives with quantified

benefits.

• Sharper operations MIS and decision-grade analytics for leadership.
• Improved strategic agility of the manufacturing network — capacity, quality, and

cost positioning.

Education

• B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Industrial Engineering from a

reputed institute.

• MBA / PGDM (Operations / Strategy) from a Tier-1 institute strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt / Green Belt) is a strong advantage
