Role Designation : GM/AVP Business Development. The role offers opportunity to grow into the number 2 position in the company

Core Responsibilities:

Undertake business development initiatives to penetrate the market with the BPO service offerings and promote the service offerings to existing and prospective clients a in Government, Semi-Government, and Private Sectors
Lead and deliver complex client engagements with operations team that would help identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for the clients
Provide an excellent customer service and determine the needs of the client to achieve continuous improvement and service excellence.
Own the business development activities and participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development for the BPO service offerings.
Undertake to improve productivity, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction through various initiatives and interventions being practiced by the BPO industry
Understanding of P&L in outsourcing industry
Networking with prospects/existing clients, market intelligence, and people management skills
The core responsibilities are not limited to the above.

Qualifications and Experience :

Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or Equivalent
BPO BD/ Operations: 10 years
Exceptional Communication and Presentation skill
Charismatic Leadership Quality with ability to work under pressure
