Qualifications:
1.) Multiple years of sales and new business development experiences in
the power semiconductor. Willing to work individually as a pioneer
employee for the company.
2.) Accept home based working arrangement. The location of the
candidate is not fixed but preferred living in the major India cities.
3.) Experience of intensive business travelling is necessary as frequent
customer visit and self-organized travel planning are required in this
assignment.
4.) Must be effective at job schedule planning with highly self-managed
manner in the daily work.
5.) Work closely with the local distributors but be able to manage and
conduct direct contact with the end customers.

6.) The candidate is supposed immediately able to up and running soon
after on board. We may arrange the person to come to headquarters
for a few weeks training.
7.) Responsible for keeping the company existing business and
developing the new business in India. Overall the candidate must be
able to perform the capability to grow the India market for the
company.
8.) Be aggressive to be a team leader as this candidate is expected to
expand the company size by hiring more manpower to work with
him/her in 2 years.

Bachelor degree is a must with preferred engineering major.
Excellent of written and oral English ability with acceptable Hindi
communication skill
Candidate should be from power semiconductor industry
Candidate should have strong knowledge of IGBT (If no knowledge of IGBT, then that profile is not a fit for them.)
