Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Obtain necessary permits and licenses.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Experience Required:

5-10 years of experience and above
Gender:

Male
Age: 50 and below preferred
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree and above
Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in construction management software.
Thorough understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Additional Information:

Candidates with experience in large-scale building projects will be given preference.
Willingness to relocate to Botswana if currently residing elsewhere.
