Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bridge Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, analyzing, and maintaining bridges and other related infrastructure. You will work on various bridge projects, from initial design to construction, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Conduct design and analysis of bridge structures, including assessment of structural integrity and load-bearing capacity.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications for bridge construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality bridge designs.
Perform inspections and assessments of existing bridge structures to determine the need for repairs or upgrades.
Utilize advanced software tools for structural analysis and design simulations.
Ensure that all bridge projects comply with local, national, and international safety codes and standards.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery of bridge construction and maintenance projects.
Provide technical support during the construction phase, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Review and approve work completed by contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Bridge Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of bridge design principles, construction methods, and maintenance practices.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, LUSAS, or similar tools).
Experience with structural analysis and design software.
Familiarity with international design codes and standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
