Key responsibilities
Lead Scan-to-BIM projects from point cloud to final BIM models
Guide and support a team of BIM engineers
Handle Architecture, Structure, and MEP coordination
Review BIM models from internal team and vendors
Ensure models match scan data and project requirements
Resolve technical issues and support team in complex cases
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors
Ensure timely delivery with required quality standards
Desired candidate profile
6-8 years of experience in BIM / Scan-to-BIM projects
Experience in Architecture, Structure, and MEP modeling in Revit
Strong knowledge of point cloud to BIM workflow
Experience in clash detection and coordination (Navisworks preferred)
Ability to review and correct BIM models
Experience in leading or guiding a small team
