As a Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Functional Consultant, you will:
The functional consultant will be working in BC team and contribute to support, implementation and upgrade projects. He should also assist in Pre-sales activities by preparing POC and providing configured product demo to customers.
Excellent knowledge of D365 BC/NAV functional modules like Financials Management, Supply chain management, Whse. Management. Would be good if the resource knows Manufacturing and Jobs module too.
Requirement gathering, analysis and ability to convert raw requirements into actionable design document.
Should be able to collaborate with Sr. functional team members and get work done by technical team members.
Knowledge of any add-on solution on top of NAV/BC in any domain will be good to have.
Provide demo of configured product to customer, end user training and conduct functional testing of the application.
Is able to contribute to Pre-sales work in collaboration with managers by preparing POC and proposal responses.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or any related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central

(BC) implementation or support

• Experience and comfort level in working with customers remotely by phone and/or video

conference

• Knowledge on Inventory and Warehouse Management functionality
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpretive skills - communicating with

clients and interpreting their needs will be a daily activity

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
• Highly organized and able to work well under pressure both from clients and from team

members

• Flexible and adaptable to change - we implement change for diverse clients on a daily basis
• Self-motivated - learning new skills without prompting is expected
• The following would be an asset:

o Insight Works knowledge is preferred
o Experience configuring and/or supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business

o Microsoft Dynamics certification
