--Role Purpose--
The Bag Off Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the finish feed bagging activities at two finish feed
bagging stations within a poultry feed plant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient and
accurate bagging operations, meeting production targets, and maintaining product quality. The Bag Off
Supervisor reports to the Poultry Feed Plants Manager and collaborates with various stakeholders to
optimize bagging performance while ensuring operational and safety compliance.

• Outcomes:
• Regularly report bagging station performance, challenges, and achievements to the Poultry Feed

• Prepare and present bagging performance reports, including bagging rates, downtime, and quality

metrics.

• Collaborate with the Poultry Feed Plants Manager to establish bagging targets and align operational

• Ensure the accurate and timely capture of all finish feed bagging-related data on a daily basis.
