Experience in NodeJS.

 Proficient with Python based backend programming, web frameworks like
NodeJS, Django, Flask, Google Cloud Platform. Able to design RESTful APIs
and are aware of best practices.
 Experience in Kotlin & Swift would be an added advantage
 Navigate through unique and complex React Native issues and if required
contribute to libraries themselves
 Strong proficiency in JavaScript/ES6, JQuery including DOM manipulation
and the JavaScript object model 
 Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, react-testing-
library)
 Experience with cloud native technologies like Firebase, Hasura etc.
 Good knowledge with Java RESTful APIs (AXIOS/Retrofit). )
 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token 
 Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel,
Webpack, NPM, etc. 
 Implement Mobile app security features. Proguard, Encryption of SQLLITE
DB, other security aspects 
 Experience with Docker, Git, Elasticsearch, Spark, CI/CD is a plus.
 Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to get butter smooth
performance. 

Functional Competencies  Design, build and maintain APIs, services and systems and debug production

issues across multiple levels of the stack.
 Collaborate closely with our Business, Product and AI/ML teams to
understand and solve customer pain points at scale.
 Comfortable in dealing with lots of moving pieces / data sources and
possess a meticulous attention to detail and quick to generate ideas and
give suggestions on how to improve the tech stack and feature
developments.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present
complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of
audiences.
 Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 
 Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical requirements 
 Strong in performance benchmarking and optimization 
 Must have contributed in publishing the mobile app on google play
store/iOs App Store

Job Requirements

Qualifications BE or B.Tech in CSE/IT
Experience 3+ Years (post qualification) in a developer role
Behavioral Competencies  Soft skills – Candidate needs to interact with employees at various hierarchy

levels, hence good communication skills are required
 Motivated to work independently without flow ups and deliver as per
agreed timelines
 Ability to work in a virtual set up across geographies
