Key responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Promote Mizuho Global eBanking (MGeB) tool among customers
Provide MGeB related training, installation, resolution of customer queries and demo
Support development team on extension/addition of new products and
Conduct system testing/UAT and file generation for MGeB products
Desired candidate profile
Required skill sets (mandatory):
Good knowledge of operations and business process in Banking domain
Experience on digital banking products and customer support
Good analytical skills
Good documentation and presentation skills
Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of xls macro and database will be an added advantage
Qualification: Graduate preferably Engineering and / or technical background.
Additional qualification: MBA
