Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes for efficient and high-quality production.
Implement and maintain control procedures for methods, procedures, and equipment used in
production.
Oversee the testing and validation of automotive systems and components to ensure their reliability,
durability, and compliance with industry standards.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in production processes and automotive systems.
Collaborate with colleagues from various departments (e.g., design, manufacturing, quality) to ensure
smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to processes, procedures, and testing results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of automotive engineering principles.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., CAD, simulation).
Experience with industrial process development and optimization (desired).
Experience in testing and validating automotive systems and components (a plus).
