Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Automation and Manual Tester to enhance the quality of our bronze trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both automation and manual testing, with a focus on trading applications. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test cases to ensure our software meets functional and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated test scripts for trading applications using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and other defects in the trading platform.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Perform regression testing after changes to trading algorithms and software updates.
Analyze test results and report issues to the development team.
Maintain documentation for test cases, test results, and defect reports.
Participate in daily stand-ups and provide updates on testing progress.
Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
years of experience in software testing, with a focus on financial or trading applications preferred.
Proficient in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber).
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with trading concepts, financial markets, and trading strategies is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
