Planning and performing internal and external financial statement audits.
Developing testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls.
Documenting the results of the evaluations.
Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to Partners.
Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members.
Planning and allocating audit resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules.
Reviewing the audit files and maintaining the audit file quality in accordance with current international best practices
Preparing the management letter to present it to the partners for discuss with client governing body in line with ISA 260 and 265.
Completing and delivering the audit report and management report on time.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of IAS and IFRSs.
Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques.
Prior success conducting external or internal audits.
Excellent written and oral communication ability and able to handle work pressure during peak seasons.
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent required.
8+ years of hands-on accountancy and auditing experience post qualifications.
