The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in all
aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food quality, and staff management.
They are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining
the highest standards of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing and supervising all restaurant staff, ensuring that they

are trained, motivated, and performing their duties to the highest standard.

• Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and served to the highest standards of quality and safety,

in accordance with's recipes and standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining

experience and that their needs are met promptly.

• Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ordering and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained and serviced regularly to ensure its efficient operation and

longevity.

• Monitor and manage restaurant performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase

sales and attract customers.

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations and

procedures.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the restaurant or

hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial statements, and inventory.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
