The Chartered Accountant will assist the Director and act as second-in-command in managing financial operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial management and reporting
Ensure statutory compliance and taxation
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Supervise accounts and audit functions
Support business decision-making with financial insights
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Strong experience in finance, accounts, and compliance

Willingness to relocate to Tanzania
