Deal Execution:
o Reviewing client financial information and analysis of financial statements.
o Drafting and development of client business overviews and Investment
Memorandums (IM’s)
o Building and maintaining financial models (integrated 3-way models including
P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet)
o Proactively identify and act on cross-selling opportunities across FCG’s growing
product portfolio.
o Coordinating lender interactions with clients.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate
the value proposition of our solutions/products to clients.

• Relationship Building:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lender partners to
facilitate the placement of debt financing

o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and investment teams, to
align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

• Admin, Reporting & Insights:

o Take ownership of the project plans and adhere to internal SLAs
o Maintain the deal data on the project management tools for accurate reporting

This role requires strong technical skills and expertise in:

• Financial modelling, cash flow, and financial statement analysis.
• Preparation of high-quality marketing, investment and /or credit papers with an ability to

synthesise and concisely present information from a diverse range of sources

• Understanding business valuation methodologies, including multiples based and DCF

based methodologies will be a plus

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to recognise and capitalise on cross-selling

opportunities across an evolving suite of products.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong

relationships.

• Demonstrated problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, team-based

environments.
