JOB Profile ‐ AI Developer ‐ Senior Officer
Responsibilities
Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress
Analysing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem
Exploring and visualising data to gain an understanding of it
Verifying data quality, and/or ensuring it via data cleaning
Finding available datasets online that could be used for training
Defining validation strategies
Defining the pre-processing or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset
Training models and tuning their hyper parameters
Analysing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them

Skills Requirements.
Ability to design, develop and implement AI / ML algorithms
Hands on experience in at least 2-3 Deep Learning & AI Framework (Microsoft Cognitive toolkit, TensorFlow, Horvod, Keras, Caffe, PyTorch, tensorRT etc)
Hands on experience on at least 2 ML coding languages (Ex- Python, R, Julia, tensor flow)
Hands on experience on at least 2 - 3 Development Tools (Ex-Visual Studio Code, R studio Desktop/Server, Juno, Pycharm, Jupyter, Anaconda)
Experience on at least 2-3 ML/Data science Tools (Ex-Azure Machine Learning SDK, XGBoost, Vowpal Wabbit, Weka, Rattle, LightGB, H2O)
Experience on at least 2-3 Data Exploration and Visualization tools (Ex-Apache Drill, Weka, Rattle, Tableau)
Good knowledge in Deep Learning, Pattern Recognition, Text Analytics
Expertise in analytical & Mathematical and Big Data technologies.
OCR Tool ‐ Experience on working with at least 2 OCR Tools (Ex. Tesseract , Abby, Nanonets)

Required Experience and Qualifications
B.Tech/BE/ME/MTech/ degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
AI-ML Engineer or Data Scientist with 5 and more Years of relevant AI / ML experience
Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs.
Working knowledge of the general architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Excellent understanding of the full development lifecycle.
A strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is critical.
Must have worked on 6 + projects implementing AI/ML algorithms and productionalizing the same
Ability to lead a project start to finish and guide junior team members who are new to AI-ML
Must have good communication and is a good team player
Willingness to learn new domains & technologies
