Title: Area Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director
This position is responsible for the management of the Aftermarket Parts activities in support of the department and company's objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Analyze, modify, develop, and implement the entire Aftermarket Parts process from order to delivery process
Manage sales forecast and margin growth, direction of both outside and inside (customer support) sales teams, establishment, and analysis of KPI’s and performance data, and development and growth of Parts web portal.
Sales growth by working with the dealers in the assigned markets
Calling on fleet customers in the assigned dealer markets
Developing retail sales strategies to conquest new business and expand sales to existing customers
Desired candidate profile
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of sales experience in aftermarket parts
Fluent in English
