Key responsibilities
Responsibilities:
● Analysing and assessing the admissions funnel and ensuring enrolment objectives are
achieved.
● Guiding and coordinating between admissions counsellors for effective lead
management.
● Coordinating with the marketing team to set the agenda for lead generation and
university promotion.
● Providing periodic reports to upper management on team performance versus
enrolment objectives.
● Working alongside the business development team for additional revenue generation
through our network of university partners.
● Liaising with university partners for effective dispute resolution and relationship
management.
Desired candidate profile
- Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in admissions counselling or higher
education industry.
- Candidate must have prior experience managing a team of admission counsellors.
- Candidate must be extremely organised and thorough in all tasks and duties assigned.
- Candidate must be a self-starter.
- Candidate must be fluent (speaking, reading, writing) in English and Hindi.
