Financial Planning & Budgeting → Lead division-level financial planning, prepare annual budgets, and align with strategic goals.
Cost Monitoring & Control → Track operational costs, ensure efficiency, and implement cost-saving measures.
Financial Reporting & Compliance → Prepare accurate reports, ensure sustainability, and comply with legal/regulatory requirements.
Strategic Liaison → Work closely with management to support strategic financial decisions and long-term growth.

Candidate Profile
Experience: 10–15 years in financial management, ideally within fashion, apparel, textiles, or production industries.
Current Salary Band: Candidates presently earning USD 1,500–2,200 per month (≈ ₹1.25–1.83 lakhs/month).
Target Salary Band: USD 2,800–3,600 per month (≈ ₹2.3–3.0 lakhs/month).
Skills Needed:
Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Budgeting and cost control.
Compliance and reporting.
Industry-specific knowledge (fashion/production).
Ability to advise management on strategic decisions.
