KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. General Accounting Maintain accounting records for company Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare tax and social security declaration Participate in monthly and annual closing processes Prepare financial reports 2. Inventory Management (Guinea & Ivory Coast) Monitor stock movements (inflows and outflows) in both countries Conduct periodic inventory counts (physical and theoretical) Reconcile physical stock with accounting records Implement control procedures and optimize stock management Coordinate with operational teams on site 3. Billing and Commercial Follow-up Issue and verify customer invoices Monitor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables Ensure compliance of commercial documentation Coordinate with sales teams 4. Intercompany Coordination Monitor transactions between both companies (intercompany operations) Reconcile intercompany accounts Harmonize accounting practices between the two entities 5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Develop monitoring tools and dashboards Analyze discrepancies and propose improvements Contribute to optimizing financial procedures

PROFILE REQUIRED Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent) At least 3 years of experience in accounting Experience in inventory management is highly preferred Strong proficiency in IT tools (Excel, accounting software) Experience in multi-entity or multi-country environments is an advantage REQUIRED SKILLS Strong attention to detail and organization Autonomy and reliability Analytical skills Good communication skills Team spirit and ability to coordinate remotely Language : English - French
