QUALIFICATIONS

· Good knowledge with Accounting application as ( Sage Accounting and other accounting application, good skill with Excel and Microsoft)

· At least 5 years’ experience in accounting

Each month Organize task with the commercial & Recovery department to recover invoices.
Verify that the bank transfer are made, and that there are no pending or rejected checks
Managing the receipts and deposits of cash and bank transactions.
Reviewing monthly departmental Profit and Losses.
Ensuring that all customer invoices are paid in therm. Coordinate with the responsible of recovery
Manage commercial sales

· Follow each customer account

· Execute monthly payroll activities

· Report trimester/monthly sales revenue

Reviewing cash flows.

• Develop once a year, an annual budget

• Coordinate with the warehouse manager to estimate the stock value.

• Reviews all project contracts and agreements for accounting implications and potential issues

Verifying contract’s financial validity

• Follow projects expenses

Financial yearly Audit.
Organize a daily customer reminder for payment
Track Invoices, make sure well received by customers.
