1. Data entry into Electronic Accounting System (ZOHO or OODO).
2. Auditing all accounts for accuracy and completeness of records
3. Auditing with lookout for fraud, embezzlement and duplicity
4. Preparing all group companies’ financial statements on a monthly basis; monthly closings.
5. Preparing VAT reports and doing the submissions in the government ZATCA portal.
6. Conducting due diligence (ie. What doesn’t look right and where could Finance do a better

job with the companies in lowering costs and expenses).

1. Preparing summary dashboard with numbers from each of the companies
2. Working with auditing firms to prepare zakat and yearly financial statements
3. Accounts Receivable/Payable (records, invoicing and follow up)

• BS and/or MS in commerce and finance;( CPA/CA a plus)
• 10-12 years’ experience in retail and corporate finance; preferably of which 3 years’

experience in auditing firm

• Must have excellent communications, negotiating and relationship skills
• Must be proficient with numbers
• Must have working knowledge of accounting software (Zoho or other).
• Should be motivated, enthusiastic, productive and competent
