Expected salary
Monthly salary of USD 800.00 plus USD 50.00 weekly (Equivalent in local currencies) for food & phone top-ups. Salary will be paid every first week of the month directly to his bank account in India.

Accommodation Benefits:

Candidates will be eligible for the accommodation of a reasonable room size during the term of their employment with K5 (SL) Ltd. They will share a room consisting of one or two other senior working colleagues and with multiple colleagues within the same apartment. A housekeeper will be provided at least 3 times a week to do your laundry and cleaning. All your valuables will be your responsibility to keep in a safe place.

Working Hours:

The normal hours of work are 48.5 hours per week, to be worked during the Company’s normal business hours, which are the following. However, sometimes you are obliged to stay a little longer than the working time to complete the job and without any overtime payment.

Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm (one-hour lunch break)
Saturdays 8 am to 2 pm
Sunday (Day off)

Other Expenses

The company will cover the cost of the Air Ticket (economy class), Visa, Residence/Work Permit, Tax and Medical Expenses during the contract period.

Running copper pipes, and electrical wires, Installs & Repairs all types of air-conditioners including, Window units, Split units, Ceiling Cassette units, Ducting Unit & VRF units. Install the Ceiling Cassette & VRF units using the building diagram plan provided. Speak English.
