Educational Qualifications: Graduate with MBA in Marketing
Experience: 1 to 2 years experience in marketing / advertising
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and execute a marketing plan to increase the brand awareness. Continuously run cost effective activities in order to elevate the brand equity amongst the clients. As far as possible, run programs that would cover the cost by itself.
• Product Management: Continuously work on creating/ fine tuning the product and services offerings.
• Data mining
• Customer engagement Execute: Periodically run new programs which shall include the following:
A. Execute lead generation programs.
B. Client communications including client engagement programs
C. Sales tools
D. Other marketing collaterals
• Website management: Manage the ALD India wed-site and make it more informative and educative for the customers.
• To run award/ rewards schemes to create a competitive environment and to acknowledge the performers.
• Manage the PR activities for the company.
